Time for change.... again.

Time to know myself, fully conscious that self is that part of me which, rather than thinking, is aware that thinking is happening within me. Inner Self. God Self. I am Self.

I dedicate myself to the mystic and wonderful law of the universe.
May my highest nature be brought forth throughout this journey, by my dedication to following the divine path, as I face the difficulties, contradictions, and reflections of my self, in this confusing and chaotic world.
May I remain open to all that now has to teach. May I move forward from past to future knowing that now is where I am and when I find heaven.

Nam-yo-ho-renge-kyo

"By invoking the Mystic Law and bringing forth our highest, most enlightened nature, we naturally inspire those around us to strive toward the highest, most creative and compassionate way of life. This develops into a "virtuous circle" of mutually reinforcing celebration of the infinite dignity and value of all human beings... When with our mouths we chant the Mystic Law, our Buddha nature, being summoned, will invariably emerge." www.sgi.org/buddhism//daily-life/list/meaning.html

woke to grey sky- Black cat ( still no name) at foot of bed -did not stir- Coffee...then the other 2 came to huddle near- not annoying? Just near- very still day... then the chilled rains came... Paint takes longer to dry...sigh... still...a Still Day. -sand I call these two Fluffy Cat and Black'n'White Cat, for obvious reasons. (They have other names, but they don't suit those!) Once I had a black cat which I called Marmalade Cat - the name fitted the personality. Inspired yet Sand? *v*

            -karen
We will know peace in our time. I believe that. Maybe it will come as a result of the current conflict in Palestine. In the meantime, don't forget who you love. Don't become a hater.
            -karen
Lots and lots to think about these days. lot's to get lost in. But as I walked down the street today going into town from uni, I looked up and noticed the beauty of the sky. - Perspective, sometimes I has it. :o)

            -karen
I feel cool, peaceful even irrespective of the chaos out there. Everything is so good and is going to be good. All discrimination will vanish and there will be complete equality and oneness throughout the mankind. The day is coming nearer and the consciousness of the globe is increasing towards a change, a change for the goodness of mankind. -Nitin Thank you Nitin. A warm welcome to you. Peace.
            -karen
It's too easy to get caught up in the hate - pick one side and hate the other. Believe me, I know! The challenge is to get to the truth without falling into the trap of hating. To my Jewish friend and sister, Mel; I love you! To any Zionists out there; I hope you learn a more peaceful path through life, a path that does not require the destruction of a people. To any would be freedom fighters out there; I prey you gain freedom from oppression without recourse to violence.
            -karen
For Zar and Gnarly, (because balance is good for perspective) and for anyone else interested in a different perspective... a *gasp* Jewish perspective against Israel and against the current massacre. http://www.nkusa.org/activities/statements/20080123.cfm

http://www.nkusa.org/activities/statements/20080123.cfm "Zionist Massacre in Gaza Neturei Karta is always committed to voice the traditional Religious Jewish opposition to the philosophy of Zionism and the existence of the state of "Israel"." This is a very interesting perspective!
            -karen

Aloneness (in the Osho Zen Tarot): When there is no 'significant other' in our lives we can either be lonely, or enjoy the freedom that solitude brings. When we find no support among others for our deeply felt truths, we can either feel isolated and bitter, or celebrate the fact that our vision is strong enough even to survive the powerful human need for approval of family, friends or colleagues.
