The premise centers around the human race entertaining itself to death, with everything being a form of entertainment, from TV news, to wars. Myself, I've been listening to <em>Zooma</em> by John Paul Jones (of Led Zeppelin fame). The album is from 1999 and features an assortment of basses played by JPJ himself (4, 8, 10 and 12 string), along with drums, guitars, organs, mandolins, a strings section and even a Chapman Stick (a cross between a guitar and a bass). The songs are all instrumental, with some bluesy grooves. Think Led Zeppelin crossed with Primus. A very good album for anyone into Led Zeppelin and looking for something new and different.</p> <p>What are you all listening to right now? </p>
