It is safe to say that there are portions of society that are naturally predisposed to being their average at their capabilites. The fabric of society in most first world countries is capitalist and therefore class based societies. To keep things simple we divide our people into three categories. It is safe to say that capabilities and drive do not necessitate movement through class. Rather environment, social behaviour, and connectedness to wealth matched with intellect and drive determine a person's social standing. The problem with class based societies is that productive and intelligent people can be stuck at a lower standing because of predjudice. All people are created equal so say the right's advocates, but an equal truth is that all people are not. Where people end up is pretty much a matter of some variation of the above state constraints. In other societies such as communist ones, there seems to have been a failure in every instance of such societies, as the goal of equality and quality of life is passed over by power and corruption. Teamed with a tendancy to build a large military as it complements the communist ideal, human rights abuses are predominant, and injustice frequent. In arab culture, a male dominated society reigns which varies from arab nation to arab nation. In the most reprehensible arab societies, women are treated with physical and mental brutality. The core of Islam is the Koran, and it is veritably a text of truth and good. Albeit, appendages were made to it, the core is revealed in the first few pages. There is absolutely no way shape or form that carelessness for human life be so rooted in God's will, nor that the dissemination of said truth is not convoluted. Arab nations in the middle east are fraught with ignorance and blind faith in masters of religion who contril the collective sentiment. The presence of Israel in a parcel of the mediteranean is nothing but confrontational. Jews should leave the holy land, for it will always be there, and will never lose it's relevance to many religions. The continued exchanges of violence between Isreal and the Paldstinians, along with Lebanon demonstrate only an unending disolution of the right thing to do. In Africa the deserts are growing, lakes and rivers are drying, species are dying, and too many extraordinarily evil executions of insanity have been undertaken. African people need combined strength and unity, and tribal pasts need be set aside for a productive way to function. Assistance is largely needed, and truthfully, there is no reason for any African to die of starvation given the abundance in the world. For this world to truly function as one efficient unit we have a long way to go. We have to work at coming together without the role of governments, to take the bridal and steer and speed up the pace toward a future of awake and aware, conscious, caring, loving, believing, healing, helping, growing, learning, people. We have the infinite future ahead of us, and we all have the potential to understand the value of truth and all that brings. Efficiency is key. Newer efficient means of communication can surmount our greatest detriment. We need to get the right message across as quickly as possible using whatever senses we have. Our children are genetically bright. They can handle more, and with our technology, our rate of progress, our vision, and our love to save and keep all humankind they may restore the balance. Truth can be told and games can cease. There are better ways to take care of ourselves. All of us here on earth. Set aside a place for those who wish to separate. But only one. Some would argue that man has no place dabbling in the will of the ancients. That a second birth is key to life. There always was the one way. Made right from the getgo, by the intelligence of humankind in this lifetime we can pull it all together. Technically, it is part of a group called phosphoproteins, collections of proteins bound to something containing phosphoric acid. Casein may also be called caseinogen, particularly in European foods. Casein is a salt, meaning it has no net ionic charge, of the element calcium. It has a number of interesting properties that make it useful in foods and cooking. Many people believe proteins are healthier if consumed when not denatured – one of the major lines of reasoning used in supporting a raw food diet. Denaturing occurs when a protein loses its inherent structure, due to high heat or acid for example, at which point it no longer acts in the ordinary manner. Casein, because of its structure, is not susceptible to denaturing. Casein can be found in two main types: edible and technical. Edible casein is widely used in both medicine and food, both for nutritional value and as a binder. Technical casein is used in an enormous range of products, including paints, cosmetics, and many types of adhesives. A not-insubstantial number of people have a casein allergy and may find themselves experiencing negative reactions both to casein-containing food products and to products such as nail polish that contain casein. Many people who are either allergic to casein and have linked it to milk, or who are vegan and therefore avoid animal products altogether, are not aware of the prevalence of casein in foods. For these people, it is important to note that, although a product may be labeled Lactose Free, it may easily still contain casein for other reasons. Soy cheeses, for example, often contain casein derived from milk, which may stimulate allergic reactions in people who assume that they are dairy free. Casein has also been linked to negative effects in people with autism. While in most people, casein is easily broken down by the digestive system into peptides known as casomorphins, and then further processed into basic amino acids, some evidence suggests that in autistics, this process does not occur fully. The resulting casomorphins, which fail to break down completely, may have an effect on the body similar to that of morphine or other opiates. For this reason, some experts on autism recommend that people suffering from autism avoid casein in their diets. In the book "The China Study" (2005) , this was studied in multiple lab tests, and rats fed casein (20 % of their daily diet), died. Not a percentage; ALL of them died. Americans eat an average percentage of 15% protein in their diet, most of it from milk sources. Milk, cottage cheese, yogurt; and it is used as a filler in multitudes of things. This information is highly suppressed because of the impact it would have on the economy for the united states. So we are fed this to our health detriment, because that's what the U.S. is all about: money. The lab rats were also fed carcinogens, along with the protein (casein). The protein in amounts over 10% daily, ALWAYS caused tumor growth. When they fed them the same amount of carcinogen and lowered the protein dose to 5%, the tumors stopped growing; but they didn't shrink or disappear. However when a group was fed protein from plant sources as 10% of their diet, NO CANCER. Even though they were also fed known carcinogens! They upped the level of carcinogen to the MAXIMUM level, still no cancer! In fact, they're coats were sleek and shiny! This testifies of our bodies ability to discard carcinogens we are in contact with every day, as long as we feed our system the right fuel. Protein is in every plant, fruits and vegetables, nuts, beans, and grains.We should eat a variety of these proteins from these sources to get all the nutrients we need.READ LABELS on everything. Casein is even in some vegetarian products! I have to tell you, this knowledge made me so disgusted with the FDA. Kids in our school system are in contact with casein rich foods every day. The book, The China Study, you can get from the library or buy from the bookstore. This information is valuable. The ability to know when things are good and right, the sense to know when things are wrong and bad, Thank you for music, the beat of the drum pounding into my soul, the flute carrying my prayers to you. Most of all, Thank you for those I love and who love me, they are your greatest gift.
