A Prayer and a Butterfly
Jesus.. I feel disoriented.. Conscious shift? 'Tis not unknown to me..but, this feels different. I had this experience yesterday with a deaf friend and through a gift of a butterfly.. My friend's mother chose to leave this realm by her own hand.. yeah… Last week when I learned of this, without thought.. I knew the first purpose of the first butterfly getting ready to emerge from chrysalis under my care this season, was meant for my friend.. The gift of the butterfly.. the gift and healing of such a release.. Incredible.. Wish you could have seen my friend. What Power of Presense. Family around her. My son and former partner happened to be there?! : ) I presented my friend with a small oval box, tied with a red and white ribbon. Butterfly inside. Friend's prayer was silent but powerful. Huge quiet tears came. A silent message from the eyes to her husband across this small Circle. She asked her two small children to touch the box. Then I untied the box and took out the butterfly, and placed it in the palm of her hand. More tears. The butterfly sat there for about 10 minutes! Then.. it flew. Everyone knew the power in these moments. We embraced..again and again. I looked in her eyes and called her to heal, and told her I loved her. Another embrace.. The solemn ceremony unfolded itself. We all watched and sensed as gift after gift became clear. I am so happy.. I am recognizing a deeper clarity in the power connection. A love. A healing. A miracle. This too, is God. Now..I am crying... I think I needed to.. Thank you for letting me share xoxoxox

The morning started at 28F, up to 49F now, lol, fingers like ICICLES! Crystal work continues with large (heavy!) clusters in 5 gal. buckets of water (had to break through ice on top!! *v* ), or in acid - depends where crystals are in process. I slept deep but woke with a heavy heart. I lay there for a few minutes reflecting on who I am and asking for guidance from my higher self. I got up aware that, this time, like all, would pass and that I would grow through it.
I decided that being angry and hurt was not a state I wanted to stay in and I remembered that I'd found my way out of such states many times before. A well worn path I know leads the way out.
